In 2023 Carol decided to follow her intuition and take her acrylic painting to the next level of 'serious fun' and begin a professional artistic journey, sharing her work outside of her friend and family circle.

Carol's art alternates between loose landscapes and impressionistic animals. Her works are colorful, as well as muted expressions of what moves her spirit and provides her emotional response to the subject before her. Carol takes inspiration from Southwestern Alberta's rugged scenery, gentle meadows, wildlife and frontier spirit.

With decades of experience in alternative health, Carol felt moved to bring vibrational healing into each piece of work created. Her paintings are infused with an empowerment spray called 'Sound Essence.' This unique infusion incorporates healing vibrations, elevating the frequency of each painting through a harmonious blend of sound, color, crystals, aroma, gems, symbology, sacred geometry, and positive words.

Starting out as a self-taught artist, Carol also has been mentored by Sharon Kulhavey and Mary Broers at Final Touch Studio in Cochrane, AB. Her commitment to continuous learning and improvement has led her to complete workshops conducted by highly successful professional artists. Carol is inspired by many artists who share their creative response to our world and continues to explore techniques and genres.

Carol's work has found its place in homes across Canada, embraced by friends, family, and collectors alike.
